You can click here on Track Order or as a Registered User you can Sign In and track your orders from the Order History section in your Account page.

In the unlikely event that an order gets lost during transit, we wait for 15 days to track your lost order and if we are still unsuccessful, then we process your refund through the payment mode that you had opted for at the time of placing the order.

In UAE, Titan serves selected cities. Please check if we deliver to your POST OFFICE BOX on the Checkout page. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

For all Domestic Orders, we provide shipping of products at a nominal cost. 

The time taken for delivery tends to vary according to the destination; however, we make our best efforts to ensure that the order is delivered on time.
We usually deliver products within 5-7 working days in UAE from the day of order confirmation, provided such delivery is not delayed by any governmental authority or any other entity acting on behalf of the government or acting as per the directions of the government.

You will need to produce any of the following government-issued photo identity proof for receiving the delivery: 
a. Emirates ID
b. Passport
