Returns and Exchange Policy

Titan is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our Website. However, if you are not happy with the product, you can choose to return the order subject to the conditions specified as herein below provided. 

 

 

• Customers should initiate the return process by logging into their account and clicking on ‘Return’ in ‘My Orders’ section (or using Track my Order link on the website), not later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the product.

• All the products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered and unused with the invoice/guarantee card into the package for the return process, otherwise the Return Policy is not applicable to the said transaction.

• An additional hologram sticker and tamper evident cover will be provided for return purposes with the product during original delivery. The customer must place the product in its original packaging, and seal it with the hologram label. Place this sealed box inside the tamper evident cover and secure it. Without compliance of the above, returns will not be accepted by the shipping agent.

• A shipping agent will come to the customer's doorstep to collect the parcel. In case the customer is not available, the shipping agent will reattempt pickup at a later stage. The company would undertake quality check (QC) upon receipt of the returned product, any sign of wear and tear including but not limited to the product being resized, altered or damaged, failing the QC test , the refund will not be processed , in the event the QC test is passed, refund would be processed.

• Once the refund is initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to customer’s account via the same mode through which the transaction was made within 7-10 business days.

• Products purchased at www.tanishq.ae can only be returned through the website, while customers have the option to exchange the products at Tanishq Stores within UAE as per our prevailing Exchange policy subject to changes from time to time.

• If a package or product delivered to you arrives damaged or there is a product mismatch, please email us at [email protected] forthwith no later than 24 hours with photo evidence of such damaged product and initiate the return process by logging into your account on the website.

• Claims for damaged, missing or mismatched items must be reported within forthwith, no later than 24 hours of receipt of your order.

• To initiate the return process, Customers should log into their account and click on return in the ‘My Orders’ section or using Track my Order link on the website.

• Upon receipt of the returned item, our Quality Assurance Team shall verify the product and Refund shall be initiated only after quality check clearance.

• Once the return has been accepted and confirmed, the customer will receive a confirmation email stating that the return has been accepted.

• Once the refund is initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to your account via the same mode through which the transaction was made within 7-10 business days.

• Kindly note delivery charges are non-refundable for reasons whatsoever.
