Tanishq Gift Card Terms and Conditions

General

This “Tanishq” Gift Card (“Gift Card”) is issued by Titan Global Retail LLC (“TGRL”) and is subject to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as TGRL’s online Terms of Use and Privacy Notice.

Purchase, Validity, and Redemption

  1. 1. Purchase Options: Gift Cards can be purchased as digital cards or physical cards in values ranging from AED 100 to AED 1000.
  2. 2. Validity: The Gift Card shall be valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
  3. 3. Redemption:
    1. (a) This Gift Card can be used for one-time redemption only to the extent of face value of the Gift Card during the validity period. Partial redemptions are not permitted. If the value of the purchase is less than the value of the Gift Card, the balance is non–refundable. Differential amount for purchases exceeding the Gift Card value must be borne by you.
    2. (b) You may redeem up to a maximum of three gift cards per transaction and subject to utilizing the full face value of all the Gift Cards. It is reiterated that partial redemptions are not permitted.
    3. (c) The Gift Cards can be redeemed at any Tanishq UAE retail stores in the United Arab Emirates.
    4. (d) Gift Cards may only be used for purchase of Tanishq jewelry products and not for purchase of gold coins, biscuits or bars.
    5. (e) Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
    6. (f) Gift Cards cannot be returned, resold, exchanged for cash, or reloaded unless required by applicable law. Refunds will not be provided for any expired Gift Card.
  4. 4. Tax:
    1. (a) No sales tax is charged at the time of purchasing a Gift Card. Applicable sales tax will be applied to purchases made at the time of redemption of the Gift Card.
  5. 5. Exchange: Products purchased using the Gift Card are subject to TGRL’s standard Exchange Policy.
6. Fraud Prevention
  1. (a) TGRL reserves the right to void Gift Cards suspected of being obtained fraudulently or misused.
  2. (b) Misusing Tanishq trademarks, logos, or intellectual property in connection with Gift Cards is strictly prohibited.
7. Risk of Loss

The bearer of the Gift Card will be deemed to be the beneficiary. TGRL will not be liable and will not replace or reimburse the value of the Gift Card if it is lost, stolen, damaged, defaced or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
  1. (a) TGRL makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose regarding Gift Cards.
  2. (b) TGRL’s sole liability for non-functional Gift Card is replacement with a card reflecting the recorded balance upon completion of fraud prevention verification.
  3. (c) TGRL is not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of Gift Cards.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes, if any, will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai and any objections based upon venue are hereby waived. The United Nation convention on Sale of Goods is expressly excluded from application.

10. Changes to Terms
